Mindful Movement & Wellness is a beautiful studio offering a variety fitness classes for women. Our small group training style provides clients with personal attention, motivation, and a community. We offer a wide variety of classes including 4 Buti Yoga formats, Cross-Training for Runners, Mindful Mama yoga, Mindful Mix, Zumba, Zumba Strong, Core, Boot Camps, Aerial Yoga and Booty Barre.
