Mindful Movement & Wellness is a beautiful studio offering a variety fitness classes for women. Our small group training style provides clients with personal attention, motivation, and a community. Memberships include all Buti Yoga formats, Cross-Training for Runners, Mindful Mama yoga, Mindful Mix, Zumba, Zumba Strong, Core, Boot Camps, Aerial Yoga, Booty Barre, Diastasis Recti Repair, Birth Recovery, and Baby Boot Camp.
