Buti Yoga is a fast-paced, high energy combination of power yoga, tribal dance, spiral core technique, and plyometrics. This is a women's only class. Please bring a hand towel, yoga mat, and water. Be ready to sweat, ground, and connect.

Hot Buti® Yoga (No kids) 1 visit freeFrom $5 per visit with Buti Instructor Single Class Pass pass

Hot Buti® is style of dynamic asana seamlessly blended with primal movement and Kundalini activation. The goal in a Hot Buti® class is to focus on toning the spiral structure of the core while keeping the internal body temperature at an acceptable level. The temperature in a Hot Buti® class ranges from 82-100 degrees. Our classes will be taught in a warm room set at 86 degrees.

BUTI HOTCORE® 1 visit freeFrom $5 per visit with Buti Instructor Single Class Pass pass

HotCore® is a 30 minute class that utilizes the Spiral Structure Technique® to engage the deep muscles of the core. Broken into pre-sequenced sets to maximize muscle toning, look and functionality, Hotcore® is the perfect add-on class for students looking to enhance core strength or push the limits of their yoga practice.

Students practice in socks to facilitate fluid “drag” or friction creating resistance. The majority of movements in Hotcore® build deep core strength best a​ccessed through an exaggerated tucking of the pelvis and intentional rounding of the spine. In between sets, students move to restorative yoga asanas to stretch and lengthen. Most Hotcore® classes consist of 4-5 pre-set sequences at the discretion and timing of the instructor. Hotcore® classes can be taught in non-heated and heated rooms alike. Temperatures can range from 80-95.

BUTI® Sculpt is a HIIT class that blends high-intensity spiral structure movements with static yoga asanas. This course has no pre-req other than A+ core strength.


Mindful Mama Yoga 1 visit freeFrom $20 per visit with Drop In Class Pass pass

Mindful Mama- Yoga is a vinyasa flow class with 3-4 breaks to move around the room working on balance, meditative walking, breath work, and strengthening as we push our children in their stroller. Children are allowed at this class seated in their stroller. Keep in mind that with children present, the class may be loud. You can come to this class without kids too! This class is safe for prenatal clients.

Mindful Flow is a 45-minute Vinyasa flow yoga class. Please bring a yoga mat, water, and hand towel.

Mindful Mix (No kids) 1 visit freeFrom $20 per visit with Drop In Class Pass pass

This is a 45-minute class that includes equal strength/cardio, core, and yoga portions. We use a variety of formats and equipment including aerial yoga silks, barre, exercise balls and weights, and body weight.

Zumba® 1 visit freeFrom $20 per visit with Drop In Class Pass pass

Everybody and every body! Each Zumba® class is designed to bring people together to sweat it on. We take the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you'll see why Zumba® Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise. Super effective? Check. Super fun? Check and check. A total workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave class. Children are allowed at this class. If under the age of 4, they must sit in their stroller.

Yin Yoga (no kids) 1 visit freeFrom $20 per visit with Drop In Class Pass pass

Yin yoga consists of a series of long-held, passive floor poses that mainly work the lower part of the body - the hips, pelvis, inner thighs, lower spine. These areas are especially rich in connective tissues. The poses are held for up to five minutes, sometimes longer.

Cross-Training for Runners 1 visit freeFrom $5 per visit with Power Hour Class 12pm Mon-Fri pass

Cross-training for Runners is a 45-minute class which includes runner-specific strengthening, core, and stretching. It's everything else, other than the running, that runners need. Children can come to this class if needed. All children under age 4 must sit in their stroller during class.

STRONG by Zumba® combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves synced to original music that has been specifically designed to match every single move. Every squat, every lunge, every burpee is driven by the music, helping you make it to that last rep, and maybe even five more. This is not a dance class, like Zumba. Focus is on strength training.

Aerial Yoga class offers authentic yoga, supported by a soft hammock, to explore, refine, and advance traditional asana, both in the air and on the ground. The hammock is used as a prop to deepen your stretch. The hammock makes yoga more accessible for all bodies. If you have any physical or medical contraindications to inversions (stroke, high blood pressure, pregnancy, ect.), you may not be able to hang upside down in the silk. Come fly with us!

Om Meditation (no kids) 1 visit freeFrom $20 per visit with Drop In Class Pass pass

108 represents the ultimate reality of the universe as being simultaneously one, emptiness, and infinite. 108 has long been considered a sacred number in Hinduism and yoga. Malas, or prayer beads, come as a string of 108 beads. A mala is used for counting as you repeat a mantra. Om is a mantra, or vibration, that is traditionally chanted at the beginning and end of yoga sessions. Coming from Hinduism and Yoga, the manra is considered to have high spiritual and creative power. In this class we will sit in a circle and chant om 108 times. After you will have a few minutes to journal your experience.

This class is 45 minutes and kids are allowed in their stroller or seated quietly if age 4 or older. Please bring water, a hand towel, and kickboxing gloves.
