Mindful Mama Yoga

Mindful Mama- Yoga is a vinyasa flow class with 3-4 breaks to move around the room working on balance, meditative walking, breath work, and strengthening as we push our children in their stroller. Children are allowed at this class seated in their stroller. Keep in mind that with children present, the class may be loud. You can come to this class without kids too! This class is safe for prenatal clients.
